WIN

About

Seven industries spent thirty years pretending they were different businesses.

They sell to the same customer, hire from the same bench, and buy from the same suppliers. WIN exists because the hardest problems in all seven — sourcing, compliance, provider coverage, what a protocol should actually cost — are the same problems, solved privately, over and over, in seven separate rooms.

Why it exists

Ask a club operator, a med spa owner and a chiropractor what business they are in and you get three different answers. Look at their floors and you see the same body composition scanner, the same sauna, the same supplement shelf, and increasingly the same IV room.

Their suppliers noticed before they did. The compounding pharmacy filling injectables for a drip bar is quoting a med spa down the street. The recovery device on a gym floor is the one a chiropractor just financed. The ring on the customer’s finger already holds the sleep and glucose data all three of them are guessing at.

Everyone in that chain is one introduction away from solving the other’s problem, and the introduction never happens — because these seven industries have seven trade shows, and at all of them everyone is selling.

WIN is the version of that room where nobody is selling. Members share sourcing, standards and real demand across all seven, and trade preferred terms with each other. That is the whole idea.

What WIN is not

  • Not a marketplace.

Nobody buys or sells through this site. Drip Stockroom and the members' own channels do that.

  • Not a franchise.

No brand answers to WIN. Members keep their own P&L, pricing and identity.

  • Not one industry's club.

No vertical holds the gavel. Seats on the standards committee rotate across all seven.

  • Not a certification body.

The standards are what members hold each other to, not a badge we sell.

  • Not pay-to-play.

There is no sponsored placement. Nomination is the only way in.

The standards

Six things every member holds.

Written by the charter membership and reviewed annually at the fourth-quarter roundtable. They are deliberately written to hold across all seven industries — a gym floor and a compounding pharmacy answer to the same six. A member who cannot hold them does not stay.

  1. 01

Licensed clinical oversight wherever a member delivers a medical service, in every state it operates.

  2. 02

Compounded, injectable and peptide products sourced only from 503A/503B-registered facilities.

  3. 03

No health claim a member cannot support with published evidence — in marketing or on the sales floor.

  4. 04

Customer data stays with the customer. Nothing is sold on, inside the network or outside it.

  5. 05

Adverse events and product recalls reported to the network, not buried.

  6. 06

Terms offered to members are the terms honored — no bait pricing.

How WIN relates to its neighbors

Health Brands
Builds the infrastructure — Drip Stockroom, Drip Telemed, Drip Journey. A charter member, and the reason WIN got convened, but not the same organization.
VIBE Expo
The industry's annual gathering in Las Vegas. WIN holds its fourth-quarter roundtable alongside it; the other three are private.
The seven trade shows
VIBE, Parker Seminars, the HFA Show and the rest each own one industry. WIN is the only table that seats all 7 at once — and the only one where nobody has a booth.
The 101 brands
Every member keeps its own identity and sells through its own channels. WIN is where they coordinate, not where they trade.
